How It Works (Workflow Breakdown)

1. Automatic Material Feeding Powder is automatically fed into the stainless steel hopper via an external conveying system, ensuring a continuous, smooth supply for non-stop production.

2. Bottom-Up Filling (Core Technology) The auger nozzle descends into the bottom of the open bag, filling powder from the bottom up. This eliminates floating dust caused by high-altitude pouring and prevents powder segregation.

3. Precision Weighing & Auger Control Integrated with high-precision load cells and servo-driven auger system, the machine continuously adjusts the screw speed based on real-time weight feedback, ensuring every bag meets the target weight.

4. Bag Sealing & Discharge After filling, the bag is conveyed to the sealing station (heat-sewing or heat-sealing optional) and then discharged onto the finished product conveyor for collection.
